Our very own Tim Czajka will be going over the following as well as answering any other questions you may have.-Proper foot wear-Training plans, the dos and don'ts-Proper technique and breathing-Nutrition for longer eventsThis is will be perfect for anyone with an upcoming running event who wants to make sure they are incorporating running the correct way into their training plans to avoid injury. Bring a notebook to take notes and your running shoes. There will do some running at the end to practice a few drills and breathing.
