Running Clinic

Our very own Tim Czajka will be going over the following as well as answering any other questions you may have for your upcoming events or running goals.
Outside from 6-7pm, working on form, technique, and breathing. Bring your shoes and a bottle of water and be ready for some running. (short distances at a slow to moderate pace)
Inside from 7-8pm on the mat to go over proper foot wear, nutrition for longer events, and how to incorporate running into your current workout schedule to prepare for an event, or just to start running more. Bring a pen and paper as well as your calendar if you already have events for the year.
